Using someone else's financial data?

I'm applying for visa to a foreign country, etc. But the immigration needs my financial data. But I'm having some financial problem at the moment, so am I allowed to use a friend/relative financial data, saying they will be sponsoring me?

If they want your financial data, that is what they want. If they want the financial data about those who are sponsoring you, they will ask for that. If you use anyone else's information as your own, or provide false information, that would be considered fraud.
