Using Rewire Reason-Logic, is there any way I can convert the wav files to midi after recording?

If use rewire by using instruments through Reason to record in Logic pro, is there any way to take that wav file in Logic and convert it into midi? just incase I want to go back and get a new sound or change the tempo?
also If i wanted do the same but record in protools, would i be able to some how get the midi of the wav file even once its recorded?
