I know its posible to use PHP like Python, and i really really want to. however i've made a mess of serveral win64 platforms, trying, please please do help.
I'm a fluient programmer in a good few languages, so i'm not a total noob, its just, i've never had to learn (python for example, does it all for you, on install)

you failed to understand the question, i already program (well) in php, and i've added stuff to my own flavours of MySQL, i've just never found any useful docs to PHP stand alone, for lack of what to google (its a hobby not a job)
