Using PHP and Wordpress with Opera?

I'm trying to use Opera to host my new Wordpress Blog and social network. How can I use a local or internet based php database that is required in the process? I've tried using a remote one but it isn't meshing with Opera. Basically: How do you run a fully functional wordpress blog out of opera on a Mac?
