IP address of PC adapter I have a PC (Vista) with wifi g and MacBook (Leopard) with Airport wifi n connected wirelessly with the modem with router having wired connection to the PC. I can get the MacBook public files on my PC only if I enter the IP address of the MacBook's Airport in it. Though sometimes the PC shows up as Shared on the MacBook if I click on it I get the message 'Connection failed'. I want to read my PC files on my MacBook and I think if I enter the IP address of the wi fi network adapter of the PC corresponding to MacBook's Airport, in my MacBook that will allow me to read the PC files on the mac.
