I will admit that I've dropped my phone 1 or 2 times but no large damage was ever done. The hotsync application keeps opening up on my phone when it's not connected to my computer. It won't let me cancel an if it will it just opens it right back up again. Please help or at least give me an email adress that I can contact Palm with.
