What type of flash drive do i need to transfer saved files from one ps3 to another.
Can I use a regular Computer flashdrive?

You can use the Memory Stick Duo flash cards that come with a PSP or you can buy them separately. They slot in at the front. I think that these are the only Flash Drives the PS3 accepts although I'm not sure. You can buy them cheaply from any semi-okay hardware stores.

all you need as any FAT32 formated flash drive. and you should be able to use it. but you need to lable folders as follows. MUSIC, VIDEO, PICTURES they must be in all caps. most of the time you can format by clicking propertys on the romoviable storage device (flash/jump drive)
Also if you use a cd/dvd burner you can copy onto discs and transfer them that way. this takes little longer than using a flash drive because USB2 is much faster. but it works just as well.....

You can use any 2.0 USB flash drive. Depending which model you have, you can even use Memory Sticks.

any one will work but if its a one of them cruzer ones u need to uninstall the thing in it
and if the ps3 dont read it formatt it fat32
