usim blocked on lg cooked what do i do?

hi ive got an lg cookie phone, and turned it off today due to goin in to the hospile, when i came out i turned it back off and it came up that it was an incompatable phone then "usim blocked" appeared on the phone is the phone totally broken or is there some thing i can do to fix it???
 
You should call your service provider. You need to get a puk code from them to unlock the sim card. Your sim card may be damaged and you may need to get a new one.
