Used to reporting news not being news?

So I am editor of my school paper, and have recently started dating the quarterback. Well he kissed me and everyone was talking about it, at the time I had no idea what it meant(long story). Well we went on an actually date and he told me he is in love with me which is great cause I love him too. Today at school he kissed me like in front of a lot of people so everyone is talking about it. I'm used to reporting the news not being the subject, how do I deal with everyone talking about me? Where in high school, were both seniors.
Dee I have nothing to do with sports, and I would never print an atrical blaiming anyone for loosing a game. I focus on actaul news
as anyone actually read what is written?

You absolutely have to maintain your journalistic neutrality. If the team loses a game because of your boyfriend you have to report it just the way it happened or people will say that you are biased
