used Mazda 2007 CX-7 price?

Hi, I found a 2007 Mazda CX-7 Sport model , black color with 33000 Miles. well maintained. carfax history looks good...did test drive..liked it. The owner is asking 16200. I did check blue book, Edmund's but would like to you get some input from experts. appreciate it.

It's a good price but you can surely bring it down to 15k.
