It is 2009, in 2005-2006 my car was repossessed, I am paying 300+/month to Messerli and Kramer, I would like to know If Messerli and Kramer have a license to collect such debt on behalf of judgements from the state. I would like to speak privately with a lawyer on behalf of evidence that Walser companies, Formerly in Bloomington MN and ST. Louis Park, recently consolodated it all south into Burnsville MN, ahead of an economic downturn interestingly enough. I purchased a used saturn with 47000+ miles, around 55000, within 2 years or 24000 miles per the service agreement on moving parts, my transmision failed by reverse and 1st and 3rd gears beeing internally already damaged, the car formerly was a rental from Enterprise. I do not believe that Walser held his end of the deal up, he did not thoroughly check the car before sale, or deliberately left the transmission damaged knowing it would cause trouble. Oddly as well, that day I bought the car, two salesmen were there, the two salesmen, were roaming bankruptcy "specialists" I waited all day for a loan basicly from who else..Mazda American Credit. On top of that, the salesman says that the "previous owners of my trade-in" were there shopping as well ..coincidently. Odd I thought but was in need of a car that was better than I had to drive me long distances comfortably and safely. Plus knowing a bankruptcy wouldn't get me far anywhere else, I had decided to try at the Walser for this car, which they approved. SO the engine I replaced for 2000+$$$ at a Johns auto parts shop north of twin cities. Which I have record of. I have the auto warranty which clearly states and proves that by my going in and crying, literally that my job was on the line, which it was and is what lost me the car, so here the order of events
Buy car 2001 just before 9-11 for new job far from home.
2002-2003: I go into Walser and ask for transmission check for gears slamming, they refuse, I argue my warranty, they said it didnt cover moving parts, my copy says differently. And its signed.
2003-within 24,000 miles still, the engine fails, just stalls, after an oil change of course, I would alternate between Jiffy Lube and the dealership, I forget which did that for me that month. On 169 the engine seizes. Subsequently my boss was evil, and later fired me for missing a day because i had no car because it failed. That company is evil ill leave it at that.
I wanted to make it to court but I couldn't, I had no money, and time made me depressed and scared. I was literally terrified of court. I had no evidence to help me because of a flood, which I know because I saw it firsthand, ruin the sale receipt papers. YET BY MIRACLE I just found, sadly years later. THE WARRANTY. THE KEYSTONE.
I need a lawyer who has fought and won with messerli and kramer and walser, perhaps even dominos and davannis, to argue that there was either deliberate ignorance of my problems, deliberate intent to ruin my life using these tactics, or a possible criminal racket within such entities who target people deliberately. Please help. Thanks.
