Used car. Chrysler 300...?!?

I am co signing on a used 2010 Chrysler 300 with my parents do to the fact that i have no credit... Their credit is good not excellent... The car is 13k and im giving 5k down payment... What will my interest rate be.... Educated Guesstimations... And what would the sales tax be i live in California...
