Used Acura Integra for first car?

I'm looking for my first car and found a '92 Acura Integra LS it has 199000 miles on it and:

auto,ac,power sunroof,pw,pl,cd/stereo,fully loaded,r.wing,new muffler,CV axles,replaced t-belt,engine runs strong and quiet

should i buy it?
