can anyone explain what these mean?

alright...so what constitutes Use Them Or Lose Them Off Peak Minutes? I have 400 of them and have only used 72 and have 328 left...is there a specific time that these minutes are used or are they just used when you run out of regular minutes?
 
your unlimited minutes will be mobile to mobile minutes, my favs minutes, nights and weekends,
peak minutes are going to be whatever are included in your plan which will be 7:01 am-8:59pm.
