Use synthetic oil for a Cadillac Escalade oil change?

I should use synthetic oil for a 6.2L engine right? Nothing but the best?

Since you don't have to worry about money sure use the syn. Believe in the myth. You should change oil every 2500 miles. All oils have an API rating. And all oil breaks down with gasoline. Every time you shut down your engine residual gas leaks down into the oil.

If your motor is high mileage then dont, but if it is relatively new then go with synthetic
