Make sure that Wi-Fi is marked "OFF" in
Settings -> Wi-Fi
Then find the VPN settings in
Settings -> General -> Network -> VPN -> Add VPN Configuration:Select the L2TP tab/paneDescription: HotspotShieldServer: 208.184.6.100Account: b0qcs0 RSA SecurID: OFFPassword: b0qcs0 Secret: passwordSend all traffic: ONusername and password I will sent on request
