i have a usb cable to connect to my phone and computer for webjal but i have no software because it never came with it but at the same time webjal can't read my phone when i plug it up to my computer.what should i do?or is there a specific program that i can use to make it work?if someone could help me i would appreciate it.Thanx!

you need the iden update and software from motorola.
it can be found by searching for the USBInstallation.exe this installs the usb drivers. Then your next problem is software. sounds like you have that covered.

You can download the drivers here http://snoopid.com/i860/USB Drivers.exe .
Then you have to go into the preferances in webjal and click the box that says usb.
