I've connected a USB midi keyboard to my laptop (Windows 7 x64) (M-AUDIO Keystation 49). I have it working with the sounds and everything, but there's still a bit of noticeable latency. The keyboard is connected directly through USB, no audio interfaces. The output is coming out to computer speakers.
