USB driver for Samsung R430 phone?

I want to transfer mp3 files from my pc to my Samsung R430 MyShot phone. I have the USB cable, but it tells me its searching for a driver, then says none is found. Can anyone tell me where to find this driver - or better yet, how I can get ringtones on my phone WITHOUT connecting my phone to the internet, which is too costly...I'd really appreciate some help here.
