I have it too! My teacher said that frequently they ask about foreign policies. They list a few events in history and then ask you to describe the foreign policy used at that time. Anyways he said he thinks it would that because it hasn't been seen in the past few but is a recurrent theme. Who ever really knows though! Don't take my word for it!
