At best there will be some partial stopgap measure or presidential intervention. An agreement is not gonna happen. You know why? Because the nurabers simply don't work. Lets start with what happens August 3rd, 6 days away.

By now things have gotten interesting but not as interesting as it could get.



The best that we can hope for and seems likely to work but we'll have lost major credibility and standing in the world.
