ok well i just got this new cell phone(trill) and i dont like the keyboard because my fingers are to big. so i try to take it back to get a different phone. and this lady opens up the cover and says that the battery wetness indicator has been set off, and i have no idea how or where it got wet. so she said that i cant get a new phone. well i was just wondering if us cellular keeps a record that the battery got wet and if they did could i get a new battery to replace it and get a different phone. please any help would be great
