I have a US Cellular plan where I pay a certain fee each month for the services I want. My credit card is not automatically charged. I have to remember to pay at the beginning of each month. Well this month I decided to skip it because I want to save money. I've been late paying before, so my services are canceled until I pay.
I'm confused about one thing. Although my services have been shut off, I'm still getting text messages from Facebook telling me about my friends' status updates. How is this possible?? I don't have a facebook app. I have a very simple phone with no internet connection. Why are Facebook texts still coming in???
