URGENT...white pus filled sores

no rashes or anything like that.
i cut it open, dumb if you think, but it releived the pressure and pain. puss and blood poured out and the pain is dulled
 
I went down to southern MO for two weeks to a small town, i live by kansas city in the big city.
after the first week of being down there i got what i beleived to be a UTI. cranberry juice and water helped, beer made it worse kinda thing. well then i started breaking out with what looked like herpes. well after my freak out i started paying attention to it. it didnt seem like herpes. i had told my friend about it, she didnt think it was herpes either.
reasons being...the spots were not clustered. they appeared within a couple hours to be full out puss filled and everything, and also when anti-biotic was put on it they were gone within the day. looking at pictures of herpes it doesnt look anything like it either.
well, yesterday a white puss filled oval showed up on my leg a couple inches above my ankle, i had no idea what to think about it. i did what first instinct told me...break it open, get puss out, and clean it with antisceptic. well by the next morning-this morning-i now have multiple spots on my legs, lower and upper theigh, and on my butt cheeks, where they are either puss filled, or tender around with a crater looking indention with a light brown fresh scab over it.

any ideas would be appreciated. i am going to a clinic today, just would like any input as well. i am very broke...single moma dn jobless right now. so i dont want to have to visit the ER.

i am going to a walk-in clinic later today, but i have to wait for my parents to get off work first so they can watch my daughter.
i either feel numb in the places these are and feel nothing or i feel a horrible stabbing pain. for awhile i couldnt feel my left theigh at all and a part of my lower left leg i couldnt feel. im just trying to ignore it now so i can watch my daughter and im not looking forward to having to pay the bill.

then also my stomach is turning and i feel nautious and weak, no matter what i drink or eat. and i cry everytime i try to talk to someone, its miserable. i never cry. and still none of the sores of spots above my waist...
 
sounds like staph to me. You should go to the doctor or to the ER and get a culture done and get proper treatment asap. If you have had this for more than 3 months it is serious
 
well to those curious...a culture wasnt taken, the dr said he wanted to save me money since i dont have insurance. he said it resembled staph, which i have had before and it sorta does i guess, but he beleives it to be a different type of skin bacteria but he doesnt know what kind without a culture. he gave me an anti-biotic that will work for any skin bacteria/infection i do have...so hopefully its over.
then just for kicks im going to get STD tested in a couple days. couldnt hurt i guess.
 
its not herpes...i have been checked for STDs and i dont have them. and they dont cluster...thier just random. they show up on my knees and ankle as well as inner theigh and top of my theigh.
 
i had posted a few months ago about white sores on my legs and butt that if not popped-probably not smartest but it worked for me-they would turn into something horrible. would get a huge puss ball beneath it and id have to squeeze so hard to get the puss out and it was extremely painful. the puss was always hard but after they would heal up-leaving nasty scars but i can get over those.

after 4 months i am still having the problem. two drs said it was staph, the er dr said it was too. but i dont know what its caused from. i have been on anti-biotics for two months and its not helping at all, it makes them slow down but i still get them.
i now have one on the inside of my upper theigh and unlike the others the wound hole closed up and its painful to walk and when you touch it its a HARD ball of very tender puss.

normally there is a hole that i can squeeze it out of, which is like a tunnel about the size of a pinhead going down .5" or so.

and these things only show up on my waist down. legs, but, and thats all. it hasnt traveled onto my arms or hands regardless of the scratches and what not i receive working or daily stuff or the pets.

any ideas help or opinions would be grateful...please dont tell me to just go see a dr. it hasnt helped yet and i cant afford it at all.

i broke down and saved up some money to go to the dr.
after three drs looked at it, 2/3 said it looked like MRSA, one said they didnt know.
They took a sample of it and are sending it in to be tested for MRSA.

a question...from there. how will it effect my life if i have MRSA
