URGENT!! Pioneer car headset hangs....?

Someone help me please, my pioneer car head set just hanged. It was working fine for the last 4 years or so, and suddenly I am unable to switch radio stations, tune, use the supplied remote control. As of now only the volume is able to work. I tried to remove the front panel of the detachable head set and fix it back it, but no point.

What happened? Can some one explain? or solve this??
