...honda accord 2006.? please give sources if you can.. i was rear ended and the damage were not costly, but i was injured. the insurance comapny denyies that this collision could cause injuries..

for example: everyone knows that volvo are a strong built cars..is there anything i can relay on to talk about my honday.. i was rear ended at the corner of the driver's side by a chevy camaro accelerating into my car while i was stoppped at stop sign..insurance of the driver at fault refusing to pay for any injuries..for only the bumper was replaced..and that cost only $1,000 to them that should have low impact on the driver..which wa snot true.. iwas trully injured..back injuries...
please advise..
