URGENT: Multi vs. Universal Connector

Apparently, the TX has a multi-connector. Is it compatible with say, a travel charger meant for handhelds with the universal connector?
Is there are difference between the 2?

I am guess that the 'universal connector' is a mini USB port. If that is the case then no, the 2 are COMPLETELY different.

The TX has a row of metal contacts while some other PDA's have an actual plug/port.

The Universal Connector was a row of contacts on the bottom surface of the PDA, which mated with springy contacts on the cradle or cable. The "multi-connector," if I remember right, is similar to the connector used on the Nokia 6610 cellphone; the contacts on the PDA are recessed in a slot, and the cradle/cable has a part that goes into that slot.

The Universal Connector and the multi-connector are incompatible.
