...dispute but what to expect? Ok, to make a long story short, I was scammed into buying something via paypal, but never received the item, I try contacting the seller, and he told me I needed to pay $40 more, because he has to make some changes, then he send me an invoice and I paid. then after waiting 3 days and not hearing from them, I decided to contact them just to see if the changes were made and when I should receive it , but to my big surprise, the man acted like he never receive the 40 bucks payment that I paid via his invoice, and that I should pay another $ 40 for him to even send me my order. Clearly it is a scam. I open a dispute with paypal, the seller never bother to reply to my dispute, then I escalated the dispute, and got an email from paypal telling me that the sender has send my order today.
Ok, now what I am thinking is that they might lie about them sending me my order and acting like I received it.
Or they might send an empty envelope via express and requiring me to sign for it, and after I sign for it, they might claim that I received it, so I lost my case.
What should I do?
Should I refuse to sign for the item and just tell them that I don't want the item anymore
ps: I check them out, and found that that many people are being scam out by these company
