URGENT Army ROTC help!?

hey guys. im now a senior in high school and i want to apply for Army ROTC.. im a US citizen.. just living over seas cause of my dads work.. i want to apply to Utah State and Colorado State.. i cant get the help like you guys can because i live so far away so i have a few questions..

when do i apply for Army ROTC?
how do i apply for a scholarship?
how do i get interviewed?
when do i do my training if i am accepted?
where do i apply?
How hard is it to get accepted?

and if there are any other things you guys think i should know.. it would be great

well since your overseas idk if i can answer most of those questions accurately. go to your local army recruiting officer for more info. getting accepted into ROTC is relatively easy these days as the demand for man power to fight in iraq/afghanistan is high. as long as you have a decently clean legal record and didnt screw around in school youll get in no doubt.
