Urgent advice needed!

Hello, heres a rundown of what is wrong with my daughter.(19yrs)

She is in great pain in her head and face. She says it is a massive pressure, sort of like someone is standing on here face. She is being sick. She is slightly swollen across the bridge of her nose? She had flu about 2 weeks ago., and has been having bad headaches for a few weeks now and very very congested. She suffers with congestion all year round. In the last couple of months she has had a couple of lumps appear on her nose and cheek, and the Doctor said it was a couple of cycsts. These has all cleared now.

The worry is she is laying in bed now, (she was fine yesterday) and she said the pressure is so very great. I have given her 2 Sinus tables as i feel she has infected sinuses and will need to see a Dr on Monday. Should i be doing more, could there be something seriously wrong!

Please advise me!
 
If she suffers from congestion year round she should see an allergist. The allergist can check to see if she has allergies (which contribute to sinus pressure/infections) or if she has a structural problem(i.e. deviated septum) which can make her more susceptible to sinus problems. Both of these have treatments - she can have allergy shots which can significantly improve allergies (requires a commitment for shots but it gives long term relief, it is well researched that allergy shots work very well for most people) as well as medications and neti pot, and if it is a deviated septum the allergist can refer to a specialist who can repair it.
 
it has passed now and she is feeling better. This is what keeps happening again and again, severe pain and pressure, violently sickness and a raging temperature? it will come back in a few days though. She does have bad allergies, including the house dust mite and she is asthmatic. The trouble is , this illness is building up and building up, and now she is ill every single week, she has lost her normal life and social life. She is going to see her G.P. next week. Hopefully something will help.
