oops... I guess I went on my own rant ... but ofcourse they have to have a policy that reimburses the shipper... otherwise U could say that you recieved something broken.. and expect UPS to pay for a new one even if it wasn't broken.. we get lots of fraud.. shoulda made himself the shipper and reciever... no problems with that... or shoulda used a shipper he could trust...
Fucking people need to learn how to ship shit right, so they don't have to go through all this and actually get the consumer in trouble for "fraud", which is bullshit.
