Upper Center Back pain

Hey all, I've been starting to feel quite a bit of pain in the center of my upper back, almost directly between the shoulder blades. I've tried to stretch it but it hasn't been helping. Is there anything I should do to get rid of the pain? Thanks.
 
If you like you can read through my recent and very long post regarding severe pain in the same area, it's on the Pain Management board. I've been through hell trying to get this under control, and I'm not there yet. Best advice- get a GOOD doc you can trust!
