Upper back pain

I have been having upper back pain since my daughter was born 4 months ago. I saw my Dr about it but she didnt have much to say.... it really hurts... anyway does anyone have any idea why i would have upper back pain and not lower back pain? sorry to ask i just need help with this and the dr isnt doing anything for me...

I could be really off here but I'm thinking maybe you are having the pain from lifting the baby. Maybe you are using muscles you haven't previously used much. Just a thought.
