Hello,
I have a dull ache in my upper back between my shoulder blades. I used to play a lot of computer games whilst lying on my front on my bed with my front raised and leaning on my elbows. I would play for hours and sometimes be in this position for a long time.
I now have a dull ache in my upper back (that has got worse over the last couple of weeks) that I have put up with for about 8 months. I now have to click my back to relieve the aching. I do this by straightening my back whilst sitting upright or standing and then jerking my shoulders forward.
I was thinking that perhaps where I have been in that awkward posture, I may have aggravated one of the discs in my spine or something. However, not being a medical professional I would not know.
I am hoping then that someone might be able to confirm what they think my situation might be. I would be greatly appreciative.
Many Thanks,
Kevin.
