I have my winter formal in a few weeks, about 4-5 to be exact.
I'm wearing a strapless dress and my arms don't look that impressive.
They have muscle, but in some places they are still a little flabby.
Like when I lift my arm up and grab the skin directly under it, yea, that is what's kinda flabby.
Hopefully you can give me a few exercises I can do to tone them up quick.
If you have any suggestions, please give me details.
Also, If you have any exercises that will tone up the inner upper thigh area, it wouldn't hurt to throw those in too.
