upper and lower back pain

I have been sufering from an upper back pain for the last three years and whenever I visit a doctor taking all my tests ,giving some pills,I tkink it may be of any use toward my pain but it do nothing.

I have both upper and lower back pain and sometimes stomach which doubles my backpain.So I think the main cause could be the stomach as it makes my back pain more acute
