uploading with cables with model 6061

HeyI dont wanna hafta buy ringtones etc.. and was wondering if theirs a cable or something that I can use to upload information such as songs, wallpapers etc... onto my cellphone?? this would be really useful, so that I could put on wallpapers etc... since it is hard to find wat I would use to plug into my cellphone so what could I use?
