Uploading Pictures From My Sanyo SCP-2700?

I recently got the Sanyo SCP-2700 and I wondered if it was possible to upload pictures from my phone to the computer using a USB cord. I know it's possible to upload them through the internet on my phone but I'd rather not do that since I'd have to pay extra for that. My manual doesn't tell me anything about it and my phone doesn't support a memory card. Thanks for the help.
 
if ur phone has a USB port and if u have the wire then u can just plug it into the PC and go into 'MY COMPUTER' and then click on your phones name. (e.g. SCP-2700)

It should work like a memory stick (flash drive)

Then u can look through the files and copy the photos onto ur PC
