Uploading a photo onto 360 page - why won't it accept any?

The pictures are in the formats it asks for, but when I upload them it tells me it won't accept the formats they're in! Why doesn't it recognise that they are in the requested formats?

How can I upload a picture?
 
you need to be with flickr these days. yahoo have taken their photo thing off and become best friends with flickr so go on flickr.co.uk, sign up and then u will be able to i think.
