I recently (last month) signed a contract with AT&T for the iPhone so I could take advantage of the unlimited data plan before they retired it and got a 3G for $100.
If my cousin were to sell me his 3GS in favor of the 4, would AT&T let me activate that (the 3GS) or would they charge me all kinds of fees and stuff and make me change my contract?
