Hi. My friend wants to pre-order the iPhone 4S on Sprint this Friday, but she says she has to wait until after her billing cycle which ends on Oct. 13 because she will be charged extra? Is this true? She says if she upgrades before her billing cycle, that Sprint will charge extra? She's keeping her same plan which includes Internet for her blackberry so I don't see how the bill would be more? .... Anyone know?
