Upgrading from BB 7750 (VZW) ???

Well, it's about time for me to upgrade my lowly old BlackBerry 7750
My current provider is VZW, and I use MailStreet to host my Exchange e-mail account to wirelessly sync my e-mail/contacts/calendar/tasks?

I am thinking about getting the Motorola Q?
MailStreet supports both GoodLink and Active Sync to sync my exchange with the Motorola Q.

I have a few questions:
1. Is Good Link or Active Sync as good as or better then RIM?s BES (Blackberry Exchange Server), that I am currently using?
2. Should I stick with a Blackberry or get the Q?
3. Are there any plans for any new releases from VZW on the PDA side? i.e. should I wait on the next bigger and better device, or go with the Q or Current Blackberry Offering from Verizon?

Personally, I would go with the 8700 series BB. You are already familiar with the BB and have everything set up to work with it.
