If you do not extend your contract, you pay full price. For those 3 phones it's about $300-$500. Its well worth it to extend the contract because not only do you get more than half off to start but if you have a credit you've built up as well, you can apply that to your price and bring it down even lower. Its pretty much a give and take, you sign up, they discount the phone. Or you can purchase one online but beware, you'll never know if that phone has been dropped in a puddle and dried off to work properly here and there. best bet? upgrade with a 2 year contract.
