Hi. I am eligible for an upgrade because it has been about 20 months. I am very bad with this type of thing. I want to do this online. At the top of the page it says You are eligible for New Every Two on 01/27/2011.
What does this mean?
And it says the pricing for new phones for a 2-yr contract. However if I am just upgrading my phone, is it necessary to get a new contract? And if I wanted a free phone (free because of upgrade and 2-yr contract) would I have to make a new contract? What will happen to the contract I have now?
And the contract now is a family plan if that does anything. Thank you
