Just upgraded to the Pantech Pursuit, and I was charged the stupid upgrade service charge, despite the fact I was eligible for an upgrade. About a year a go I asked the sales manager if he would waive this, and he was happy to do so (I explained I had been with the company for ten years!). This time, a Sherman Oaks, California salesman made it difficult for me to even speak with the manager (said he was in a meeting, etc) and that besides, he explained, I would have to probably speak to costumer service. Any body having any better luck?
