Upgrade a Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile?

hi guys, i just wanted to ask that can this graphic driver be updated or removed and replaced with a Nvidia graphics card.

My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 1545
Specs: 3GB RAM
Intel Pentium Dual CPU T3400 2.16GHz
250GB
DVD RW Rewriter
Vista Home Premium SP1

The Intel Graphics video card is an onboard card, meaning it is built directly on the motherboard. You cannot remove it from the motherboard and there is no slot to attach the NVidia card.
