Two weeks after Gabby Giffords' husband made the most publicized gun purchase of the year, the Diamondback Police Supply gun store has decided to give him a refund instead of an AR-15 rifle. " determined that was in my company's best interest to terminate this transaction," owner Doug MacKinlay wrote on Facebook. "[Kelly] … made it clear that his intent in purchasing the … rifle from us was for reasons other than for his personal use." Kelly, who was apparently trying to make a point about how easy it is to buy guns, will get his money back; the rifle was given to the Arizona Tactical Officers Association to use in a fundraiser.
