Really looking forward to David Fincher's Zodiac and also, which won't be out until Novemberish, Rendition, absolutely amazing looking cast including Jake Gyllenhaal, Reese Witherspoon, Meryl Streep, Alan Arkin and the always brilliant and under rated Peter Sarsgaard
 
Yes, It's still early but they are making them. I've read a good bit about them over the last couple of months.
I can't wait either. :)

...and as much as I love "Halloween" and "Friday The 13th" I absolutely hate the idea of them being remade. :(
 
I have not heard any rumours about Men In Black 3 happening so I wouldnt put your hopes on that one being in the cinema soon as I think it is about as likely to happen as Batman Vs Superman!
However The Mummy 3 is happening as I believe that a director has been announced already!
Some of the oher films on those lists that either wont happen or are a long way off are Green Arrow, Green Lantern and Daredevil 2!
 
I was going to say that as well but I think if Fantastic Four 2: Rise Of The Silver Surfer is sucessful this summer then there maybe a Silver Surfer film but if it doe happen it wont be untill 2010 at the earliest!
Only about half of those films on that list are going to be rleased this year. The rest are being released in 2008 onwarRAB and some are nt eve bein released. Never believe film release dates on Yahoo, IMDB et as they are normally wrong for future films!

It has been rumoured for about the last 10 years or maybe more as it was the original plan before Batman Begins and Superman Returns. After the sucess of those films it was again rumoured that maybe in the futue they would make Batman Vs Superman. However if it does ever hapen it wont be untill after at leat a few sequels to Batman Begins and Superman Returns. So that is why I said we wont see it for a long and no chance of it being released this year or next year as the studios are working on Batman: The Dark Knight and Superman Returns 2 which are not due to be released untll 2008 and 2009 respectivly!
 
Bit further ahead, I really want to see Meg (Steve Alten book, Jan De Bont directing) and World War Z (Max Brooks book, Brad Pitt's production company have bought the rights) both scheduled for 2008.
