Untitled poem - would ya read?

There she was! I'd seen her
And with me very eyes
A tiny winged fairy creature
And I caught her by surprise

I grabbed her with me hand
And she tried to struggle free
But not would I let her go
Til her secrets were told ta me

Will I gain me fortune?
Or will I die too soon?
Tell me what's ta happen
Before the next full moon!

She whispered then ta me
Words I dinna want ta hear
"The one ye love the most
Her death is very near

In but three moons hence
Her heart will beat no more
The one who'll take her life
Ye've the way to bar the door

Now bring me ta yer ear
I'll whisper his name ta you
Promise ta let me go
And I'll tell ye what ta do."

Blood ran cold at her words
Ne'er would I guessed was him
Wanted ta kill me lovely bride
I knew what ta do and when

I made the promise ta her
But dinna keep me word
But crushed her life from her
And tossed her in the wood

I rushed on home ta Mary
Ta be sure she was alright
In me mind was ta kill the man
And to kill him that very night

I readied me gun right then
The deed be done this soon
And me gun, it then misfired
As me Mary entered the room

I heard a hoot owl screeching
And tiny voices near
It was my name she whispered
When the fairy spoke in my ear...
