I posted not to long ago when my back was semi alright but bugging me. I had injured it a few years back, i was shoved onto a hard gym like floor in a church while playing hockey, and i landed on my tail bone. This caused a great deal of pain walking was very painful and sitting was even more painful. It slowly cleared up but since then i've noticed that if i lay on the ground and if i move my leg forward towarRAB my chest there is an almost grinding noise. Anyways back in august i started to really notice the pain in my lower back again. my only relief has been laying on the floor when it snaps like crazy, but is still painful. If i lay there to long though just slightly to the right of my tailbone area it really hurts. Sitting in class is painful and just sitting anywhere is extremely painful. It has it's semi good days and its bad days. Some days ill wake up and i can't really bend that well, and my sleeps been starting to become disrupted because i can never find a way that it doesn't hurt. Back in may i had knee surgery which i doubt has anything to do with this. It has just been discouraging when i just got back to normal with my knee and having my back go durab now. Plus I'm 17, and I'm very sick of being in pain! My cousin had 2 herniated disks and he was concerned i may be developing the same problem because he said this is exactly how his started. Anything anyone has to share i would really appreciate it!
